She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, upgrading me to a suite for a special occasion. the inclusion of a FREE wash and dryer in the room was a convenient perk, making my stay even more enjoyable. The indoor pool at the hotel provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the friendly staff added to the welcoming ambiance, making each evening relaxing and enjoyable. Despite a minor inconvenience with the ice machine on the third floor, the lobby's atmosphere compensated for it, allowing us to mingle with other guests. The breakfast offered at iStay Hotel Ciudad Juarez was delicious and a great value for the price. the hotel's shuttle service to the airport was a convenient amenity, further enhancing our overall experience. the strong WiFi connectivity and good water pressure in the rooms added to our comfort and convenience during the stay. Overall, despite encountering a few roaches in the room, the hotel's efforts to rectify the situation fell short of expectations. However, the rest of the experience, from the comfortable room to the accommodating staff, made for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable.
